Undergraduate International Exchange Program
For students from partner institutions applying to attend USC

These documents are for use by students at one of our partner institutions who have been selected or recommended by their school coordinator to attend USC as an exchange student (if spaces are available).  All three forms are required by USC and will assist in verifying your eligibility for the program. 

Spaces for exchange students at USC will be available only if a corresponding number of USC students attend the same partner institution, and being selected or recommended by your school's exchange programs coordinator does not guarantee that a space will be available for you.
